The sheathed element is an almost universal solution to heat solids, liquids and gas using the Joule effect, up to 800°C.
Shaped or flat, it can be used as a component of immersion heaters for fluid heating. Inserted in a reamed hole or fixed to a component, it transfers its energy by conduction or radiation.
The sheathed element can also be embeded in aluminium or cast-iron. Placed in the air, it can be used to heat premises or gas, as well as fixed or moving parts by radiations.
Only solution to ensure the electric insulation at high temperature in a reduced space, the sheathed element is leakproof so immersible along its heating part.
It is robust, shock and vibration resistant. Several standard shapes allow the quick manufacturing, and at an affordable price, of heating systems for all the industrial requirements.
